Can you sell antique hand guns on ebay  cheers.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm guessing you might need to be a licensed dealer to sell any pistols, rifles, etc.

It says antique firearms in the nsw police law any guns made before 1900 (excluding revolvers and breach loaders) can be bought and sold without a licence, all i want to know is can i sell old guns on ebay cheers.

Which by the looks of that can't be listed on eBay.

NSW allow the sale without a license, but other states requie it, so perhaps eBay doesn't want the hassle.

There are a few sites where you list firearms for free or for a reasonable fee out there.
