I don't sell fashion but accepted the invitaion and have been listing today for free. The "rules" don't actually stipulate you must be a fashion seller......... seems fashion is used VERY loosely in the title of the promotion! lol

I don't see anything else in the exclusion list, such as collectibles or CDs/DVDs/games for example.
