Hi just checking how to do I post a question here in regards to a buyer that have received the item but changed her mind and raising a dispute saying that it’s “not authentic” as an excuse to return the item because the shoes didn’t fit her, although I have given her all the measurements and asked her to try the shoes at the boutique physically before purchasing? Many thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

not sure what this has to do with the original post.  start your own.  Although you are making a heap of assumptions

Re: australian ombudsman

Hi to everyone 👋

I purchased a tv  and when it arrived, it was broken . I have been trying and trying to get a refund from the company, but they are saying that they have not received my tv I sent them, they gave me a return form that you can hardly read, and can not in large the form, so I asked ebay to step in and help me.

Ebay has been giving me excuses over and over again. It doesn't matter what I send back as proof of purchase and proof of return form,  just keep coming up with more and more excuses.

Money back guarantee,  what a joke.

I am going to lose $780 to a deceitful sell, never ever should you buy anything from them, Money back guarantee, more like, we will rip you off guarantee.

Re: australian ombudsman

You need to follow the correct eBay policy from the start to be covered by their MBG

You needed to have opened and followed through with an item not as described dispute

Did you do that, or did you do 'what the seller said?

What return form do you mean?

If you had followed policy, there would be no reason you would not have been covered

But from what you have written , it does not sound like that happened

And the high volume seller you mention has beyond shocking feedback, 95% . Seriously

Re: australian ombudsman

You must open a case/dispute for refund/return on the basis of not as described. Within that, you must provide evidence of delivery to the seller (tracking number) - you actually should have sent back using the label provided by either the seller or eBay within the dispute… If you don’t provide the tracking number in the dispute, eBay’s bot-driven dispute process cannot ascertain that you’ve returned the item.

The tracking number must show the delivery status as “delivered”.

If the seller doesn’t refund you within 3 business days of the item being received back, you should ask eBay to step in (escalate the case) within the open request/case. You have 21 days to either be satisfied by the seller (receive refund) or ask eBay to step in. If you don’t, the case will automatically close and you will not be refunded; it cannot be reopened.

Did you follow all of these steps?

Is the case closed now?

If so, then you have two other ways to be refunded. This thread is already a bit old, and it was started for a completely different issue, so I suggest you open a new thread for your specific issue, addressing the points I’ve made. We (the community members) can continue to give some suggestions and advice in the new thread, based on your reply to the above points.

Re: australian ombudsman

No other members are not corrupt (not sure how you figure that when members have simply provided facts

If you want to talk to someone from eBay, go for it. No reason why you can't

No point asking what the problem is since you consider fellow members 'corrupt'

Re: australian ombudsman

Why waste your time coming here and all us poor corrupted peeps when you can read up on how ebay works any time you like.

You have not traded on this account for over 12 months.  Maybe somewhere they wont be corrupt.

At least we know how to READ instructions
