I have been charged $64.95 in ebay fees, when I have not sold over $7500 or 100 items, and this is not final item charges, this is Listing fees! Why?

I've been trying to list some older unsold items from Turbolister and I keep getting the error message "this item can't be accessed because it's been deleted or you are not the seller".Anyone have a clue how to get over this?thanks beryl

Hi Is this an ebay issue or just an issue I am having. Since yesterday listing some items to sell, the box comes up asking me to click on one or the other, I can manage to get through the listing but it is very annoying. Any help would be good.
