Numerous complaints and we realise that Ebay has no intention of doing anything about buyer theft since they are now inviting it. We've had them pretend a few times to be checking into a buyer's account, but those same buyers are still on Ebay months...

buyer has changed his mind

sold an item and the buyer has the old buyers remorseluckily its not posted yet although i have packed it and done the paperwork (he lives in the UK) whats the best way to handle this?

Received this offer today, but the "Learn more" link does not work, so I don't know whether to accept it or not. Rang ebay who indicated there is a problem with this offer. Has anyone else received it, or been able to use it?

They have fidled again with another change that wasn't needed.

Now the account tab has changed to a simplified version where you have to do the same as all the other stupid new setups and you have added sections. Once again they must have been bored and made yet another stupid unnecessary change.

Haven't received any listing specials in over 6 months!

Why is this? I spoke to a ebay rep and they just said that they aren't apart of marketing and I will just have to wait. Are you lads getting offers?

Do buyers now have 60 days to return items?

I believe the timeframe to return items not received, faulty, etc was 30 days. I have had a couple of buyers start one of these returns well after 30 days. Has the timeframe increased?
