you know i appreciate selling.im a single mum in the bush and its important to me.i have 100 per cent feedback.i was a top rated seller for years.i been a good buyer too.i mostly sell dvds and blu ray.i find buyers who dont pay and going through the non payment phase with the extra credit wasnt helping me with non payment.dvds and blu ray sales sometimes depends on timing.i was losing too much..i dont make much profit but i need some sensibility.so i do a stupid thing. after messaging buyers with no reply.i want instant relisting.so not knowing how wrong it is i said it was not up for sale anymore and relisted it.well now im in trouble now.my money is being held.im underated seller.fine i dont mind some punishment for not knowing better, but this is ridiculous.you take my money for the month..thats no problem but you wont let me have my money from sales.i have proof the buyers doidnt pay me but yet im still punished.you know its really upsetting me because this is all i have selling. and i was proud to do a good servikce and you ebay have taken that away. i do not disrespect customers. im an honest little seller. i sold 5 items and i cant get the money.i have to pay everything out of my pocket until you are convinced ebay i am a good seller. so id be aware sellers out there...they just dont care

We are not eBay, and most of us are fully aware. As you should be, if you have read the Terms and Conditions you said you had when you signed up.

Capitals, spaces and paragraphs would go a long way to understanding everything you're trying to say.
If you set your listings to "Buy It Now" with "Immediate Payment", you will eliminate non-payers 100% of the time. You will also get the price you are looking for.
You should also charge $2.00 postage at the very least, otherwise you may as well go drop your stuff off at the Op Shop.

Your post isn't making any sense (one big long sentence with no capitals, punctuation or paragraphs makes it very hard to read). Are you complaining because you've sold a few things and now your funds are being held? That has been in for members who have never sold or not sold for awhile, for 3 or 4 years now.
Or are you saying they have restricted your account due to non payers? If you'd opened and then closed a non payment dispute you would have been OK. If you are cancelling because someone didn't pay, then you have no-one to blame but yourself.
If it's neither of them, I'm stuffed if I know what you're on about. I suggest you read the rules and regs. Oh and up your prices a bit if you are going to offer free postage. Otherwise we'll see you back here complaining because you are losing money on the items you sell.

you lost me as soon as you pulled the single mum in the bush card

Yep, me too. That is why I made no effort to decipher the rest of the post.
And people wonder why they get no help....it is a bit hard to help when you have no idea what the problem is.

Tippy, I think the OP had non-paying buyers, so instead of waiting the usual time, she re-listed the items straight away. Now eBay have frozen her funds.
I'm not sure... but that was the gist of what I *deciphered* LOL
*reading back to make sure I've added capitals, spaces, punctuation and a smiley face

Don't forget paragraphs

Good one Jane....I think you are right.
I used to have a reputation of being able to decipher the most obscure of posts but I have given up now....it is too much like hard work, often with a torrent of abuse at the end of it.
