i have a buyer who has made a claim the item he recieved is different to what advertised
of course this is not true
he recieved the item last thursday and took a week to complain?
if i had recieved an expensive pur that was different when i opened the box id be complaining within minutes, not a week later
how should i procede?

hes on my 'special' buyers list
what irks me after id said id post him a new cover he acted like we were now best friends, asking if i had certain other cars
and if i could 'get' him a car he wanted!
like i would tempt fate again
