The case is still pending , I am really wonder what are my rights as seller

From memory, I think the P.O. will only keep it for 10 days, before returning to you.
This has happened to me....my buyer said that she was never 'carded'....so she ended up paying 2 lots of shipping.
What does the tracking show?

Buyer needs to check her email spam folder. I had a parcel delivered the other day and they didn’t card it, they emailed instead.

I'm guessing the buyer doesn't have a MyPost account?
Frankly it's a must for anyone getting most of their parcels delivered by Aust Post. Sometimes I get emails from AP about a purchase on its way. Sometimes it's a seller listing the tracking number on eBay that alerts me....and sometimes when I login to include that tracking number on MyPost, it or some other purchase I hadn't got any tracking info yet is already on there!
I'm not a seller but I can't see how this issue is your fault if you provided tracking...and your details about verifying where the parcel currently is. Some buyers just leave me stunned at times.

Usually picked up same or next day.
As some of my items are fragile the less time they spend at a PO the better. I've seen a postal worker walking on top of a pile of parcels on the floor behind the counter - she is a tiny lady but .........
