Personally, I would not have been too concerned about no address showing in PayPal as long as the one on eBay was correct (my thinking on that is that it's not my problem if PayPal have a technical error that doesn't confirm a delivery address in their own system - if a dispute was raised, they'd have no basis to say I didn't send to the buyer-provided address).
Since it appears the eBay address is incorrect, however, you may want to consider canceling the transaction - there will be an option when you go to cancel "something wrong with the address", it mostly depends on whether you feel it's best to cover all of your bases (if I am sending something untracked anyway, I tend not to bother as I wouldn't qualify for seller protection either way - if I'm sending something tracked and therefore will qualify under normal circumstances, I will then usually go through the cancellation process).
The cancellation will trigger a full refund to the buyer, though you will lose out on 30c of it as PayPal keep their flat fee. I would advise the buyer that because there seems to be significant errors with the postal address, you will need to cancel as the recorded address can't be updated manually on eBay or PayPal, and also let them know they are welcome to re-purchase. Hopefully next time it will all go through properly.
