Hi ive had a buyer pay with paypal but there is no address supplied at all. Ive got told you have to send to the address on the paypal invoice to be covered.
However ive noticed on the ebay invoice there is a woolworths address to send to. Buyer hasnt got back to me yet as im assuming shes picking up from her local woolies. If there is no address on paypal am i still covered sending to woolies?

Buyer is probably using click and collect at her local woollies, but it should be showing on your paypal advice.
Seeing it's Friday and you don't have to post until Monday, I would wait to see if your buyer responds to your message. (Don't bombard her with messages )
Somone with more experience with click and collect will come along soon to explain what it should look like - I don't offer click and collect so have no idea how it works.

Is there an address if you click on Order Details? Use the dropdown to the right of the sold item on your My Selling page and select order details. If nothing there, if you click on Print Postage Label, does anything show there? You won't generate a label by clicking on the link, it's a 2 step process.

That's the address to send it to then. Once a buyer pays, the Order Details updates to the address they want it sent to. It matches up with what would normally be showing in PayPal.

in addition to what kopes and tippy have said, just ensure that the "eCP" code which is in the order details is correct on your label - this is essential to making sure the item goes to the right place / right buyer :]

Just out of curiosity, is the address blank on both the PayPal email notification, and the order details within your PayPal account?
Also, does it have a heading for shipping address but it's just blank underneath, or is there no section for the shipping address at all? (Just trying to see whether PayPal may view C&C deliveries as pick-ups rather than posted orders).
