You say “almost a week”… How long exactly? A week is not an unreasonable amount of time.
As you say you’re new to selling - are you aware that you will need to get the QR code from the buyer when they do pick up?
Are you also aware you must be signed up to Managed Payments and have both your bank account and your ID verified?
Uh-oh - I’ve just checked your listings… Are you aware that you’re offering free postage? I think your buyer will (understandably) be expecting you to post the item - and at no extra charge to them. Your listings say you’ll post within 2 days.
Yes, your listings also offer local pickup but it’s a right mess. Free postage is definitely on offer with your listings.
I should also point out that you have a problem in respect of eBay’s image policy.
I strongly suggest you end your listings and read up on eBay selling policies before you get yourself into strife. As for this buyer’s item, send it asap. Use express - you’ve already failed to send within your handling time.

If it is the table lamp you are talking about, what I would do is cancel the sale and refund in full.
And as countess said, pull your other listings or else adjust them because at the moment, you are offering pick up or free postage.
As a buyer, I once noticed a seller do something similar, only he had pick up or $10 postage set on a long & heavy carpet runner. I was on the point of bidding but at the last moment realised he may have made a mistake and messaged him to query/ warn him. He changed his listing to pick up only within the hour.
You may not have that luck, someone might just bid, expecting free postage. And there would go your profit.
Normally, I would say adjust all your ads first and then just take a loss on this one and post. However, it looks to be glass and I think you could have a real problem on your hands with potential damage. If that happened, you'd be up for a total refund plus be out on the free postage.
So cancel and refund, with an apology. Explain the item was suitable for pick up only so you are refunding as you have not heard from them and realise it may be hard for them to arrange pick up.
Where does the buyer live? Is it close by and likely that they would want to pick up?
You may get lucky. The fact the buyer has ignored you and the fact this is not a high value item means they may just accept the refund. They may not bother with feedback.
But don't list anything till you get your act together with postage etc

I can only echo that you offer free postage on all your listings
Are you certain the buyer did indeed select the local pick up option, rather than the free postage option?
And if your handling time is two days and, as you say it's been 'almost a week' then don't be surprised if the buyer opens an item not received dispute (which they will win as you failed to post at all, let alone within your stated handling time)
