buyers who leave dozens of negs

I sold some books recently, seller paid but it took a week to clear on paypal?? never had that before..Send me question todday asking why I charged "so much" when it comes in a 500g bag. didnt sound right for 25 small books, turns ut from tracking they havent even arrived. I feel her tone was quite disagreeable. So I look at her feedback left for others, and sometimes she has left many in a row for different sellers, she has left many negs over the pages I looked at. Ive put a lot of hard work into this, what can be done if someone who shouldnt be on ebay leaves endless feedback like that?? Im surprised it is allowed. If you have THAT much bad luck why would you keep bothering?

it looks like she claims repeatedly item never arrived, amazing she got away with it several sellers in a row though?!?!

would it help if i suggest ill file a police report if my mail goes misssing? because i certainly wil, and offer fraud squad her ebay history and details...no joke

The trick is to look at the feedback before sending anything. I think of it as an act of self preservation.

I always look at a buyers feedback left for sellers when they first purchase and I will never send out to anyone who looks like they consistently leave negatives. Just the other week I cancelled and refunded an order as the buyer had left at least 70% negatives and I just wasn't prepared to take the chance. 

I think some buyers must get a sadistic pleasure in leaving negs for hard working sellers, which is why they keep doing it.

I think the Fraud Squad would treat it as a joke.

strange, I usually only check when I have cause to. Today I did because she implied she had recieved my mail and it was in a much smaller bag, but tracking said it hasnt even arrived, and not likely to have. I thought it was odd, and her feedback blew me out. Even some positives are just "thankyou for my refund"...I think its pure fraud, and I wonder how many sellers bother filing a report with police, or notice?

buyer demanded to now why books came in such a small bag when she paid for a medium satchel. I told her I couldnt see that happening and Id check. On checking the tracking showed it only left me friday for the eastern states, and tracking says its in transit. And 25 books cant fit in a small 500g bag.So It made me realise her line of questioning was odd and false. If she has got returns on at least 20 odd sellers i can tell, its actually a lot of money..
