buyers who leave dozens of negs

I sold some books recently, seller paid but it took a week to clear on paypal?? never had that before..Send me question todday asking why I charged "so much" when it comes in a 500g bag. didnt sound right for 25 small books, turns ut from tracking they havent even arrived. I feel her tone was quite disagreeable. So I look at her feedback left for others, and sometimes she has left many in a row for different sellers, she has left many negs over the pages I looked at. Ive put a lot of hard work into this, what can be done if someone who shouldnt be on ebay leaves endless feedback like that?? Im surprised it is allowed. If you have THAT much bad luck why would you keep bothering?

That's a yikes from me. 

The first feedback they ever left on that account was "Thank you for being a good honest person" (revised to a positive from either a neg or neut).

My guess is this is not their first and / or only account.

It looks like the account of someone with some experience in chicanery and the ways to perpetrate it on eBay.

but if you refund and cancel their order, surely they will give you a neg anyway?   Only good thing with this useless one side feedback is i look at what buyers give other sellers with feedback and if i have enough time i will retract their bid.  Just had one guy threaten me as i retracted his bid, lol so glad i did cause i felt he was a trouble maker

Yes it still applies just click on the me next to my ID and you can work it out.
