can anyone tell me when ebay updates the defect report

I can only see a list :

item number - date - reason etc - all shown in a block.

Where do I see my stars ie as 5/5 or whatever mine may be.??

Just as I posted that last note.

Right at the bottom of my screen my owl & a message in a black block - said I had answered a post.

Never noticed this before.

But... in specific relation to the pop ups at bottom of screen  - seems to be a new thing - I am getting random ones advising me I got a new kudos

I noticed that last night... No idea why I need to be notified with a little announcement that I just answered a post. Why not just include it in the notifications count at the top - I'll go there when I want to see if I replied to a post, or someone replied to one of mine, or I just wanna clear the number for the sake of neatnes. 

Re defect reports, I've found that the dates seem to be 1 day prior to when they actually occurred (i.e. the date it was in the US). There's a transaction ID number as well as an item number, and I remember seeing somewhere how to conduct a search of transactions using the transaction ID (because that will be unique to the individual purchase of an item), but I can't for the life of me remember where I saw that and haven't had any luck trying to find it by searching (on the forums and via google).

The whole thing is a shambles - the last 4 reports I've downloaded have been blank except for the headings, and because I had one buyer who left more than 20 defects, the expanded "show the last 20" is only showing me (most of) the ones they left. >_>

Re finding out my stars are 5/5, I went to my feedback page to see what feedback my buyers had left before I left any for them and hovered my mouse over each row of stars and the little alt tag thing that appears said 5/5 for each one.

I think they've only been as 'low' as 4.9 in the past, but nice to know my buyers are leaving 5 stars without me having to check! Considering I had a 2 star for item not as described a few months back (with glowing positive feedback), I'm chuffed that that one in particular is saying 5!

AAAHHH - do you mean click on my ID with 'Feedbacks' - done that & hovered.

I can not see stars.

Someone should perhaps hit me - then I would.

If you click on your feedback number, you should be taken to your feedback profile, where individual comments from buyers etc are displayed, and at the top right is the detailed seller ratings.

If you move your mouse / cursor to hover over the yellow stars, it will show you the average rating, like this
