I sold an item 2-3 months ago and paid all of the fees but now I'm being charged a monthly fee, the only thing I changed at the time was I linked a bank account to transfer money from paypal
Check your subscriptions in case you are paying for things like Selling Manager Pro subscription. If you check your seller account you should be able to identify what the charge is for. You don't have any listings so it can't be auto relisting fees. Just a couple of suggestions.

Your profile shows your last item sold was on November 15, fees for that sale would be invoiced and due for payment this month. Time flies, perhaps it just seemed like two to three months ago?
