Im trying to leave a feedback followup for a buyer on my list who has left me a neg positive with a defect for something she admitted in email wasnt my fault (the top gives her static, and many of her clothes do.. apparently!).... She has multiple neg positives and neuts all over her account. Yes Im going to ask EBay to remove it.
It says theres an error, and I cant follow up feedback that I dont have. I checked, and its definitely there, tried a few times, nothing. I also tried on another buyers feedback, and didnt include their name to see if that worked, but nope.
Has anyone else tried lately?
Im wondering if Ebay has stopped me from leaving followups altogether.. 😉

TBH dont leave a reply or follow up to positives it only attracts attention and you can often make your own fb pattern look worse by **bleep** for tat. Many check feedback left for others.
Request ebay to review defect and leave it at that.

I agree with lane.....don't draw attention to the positive feedback.
No reasonable buyer will see it as criticism of you as a seller. As a woman buyer I understand exactly what your buyer is saying and certainly would not hold it against you.
Tell the buyer to use fabric conditioner to tame the static....it always works for me.

No way would I leave a follow up, most buyers only look at the dots if they even bother to look at the feedback at all and a follow up would just draw attention to the fact the numpty buyer was blaming you for their 'electric personality'
