case for the product sold and delivered successfully but still placed a dispute in paypal?

Hi there

I sold a book and there was a delay in delivery due to a receiver not being home. I sent it to him via regiatered mail. He opened a case against my sale and it went to paypal that placed a dispute so money cant go through and i have a negative balance. He received a book and he doesnt know how to close the case. I would like to make sure that this case is closed and no dispute in paypal as i did everything right.

Any help or sufgestions?

Have you entered the registered tracking number into the Paypal case ?

It should close once Paypal can see confirmed delivery.

If for some reason you cannot enter the number, call PayPal.
