check C & S tracking uploaded.

Had a bunch of where is it & when are you going to post? enquires today. looking into it reveals C & S tracking was not automatically imported around 10 & 11/11..must have bee a glitch. So check to make sure it has uploaded ok before you get a black mark from Ebay for late deliveries.

When I upload tracking details to the ebay sales record sometimes when I click on the tracking number it shows the full tracking details in a popup, but sometimes it shows just the number to click on and redirect to the AP website.

Does anyone know why they display differenty sometimes?

When something has been delivered it seems to always display the full tracking details.

I just found out once it is delivered on sales order record it changes from estimate to actual. so it may be linked to that in the way it is imported. ie full details are not imported to ebay until delivered?? Perhaps it goes from requiring a live link to a completed archived record

All of mine have uploaded correctly.

The only times I've had it fail is when I've had to enter details manually (rather than via importation from eBay).

For some reason, C&S can't access eBay records manually marked as paid.

Maybe thats what happened. Maybe Ebay wasn't importing to C & S due to a glitch so I manually processed them. As  result tracking didn't link back. Theres been that many outages of late all sorts of normal procedures have broken down.
