I can see a fairly new seller selling a book which he obviously hasn't got, because he has copied my photos including the watermarks!
What should be done about copied photos? I used the report form but of course ebay has done nothing.
Should I just forget it? In that case what is the point of using watermarks to protect photos?
Should I write to the seller myself? leaving myself open to possible abuse, or an angry response (I am pretty wimpy)
or worse malicious buying

I was surprised that they also mentioned that they noticed my whinge here on the community boards - big brother is definitely watching!
The Lithium Mods now report to ebay when anything comes up on the boards that is not within their brief to deal with.

People have used our photos several times in their listings
We first write to them and warn them that if they do not remove them, we will report the listing to ebay
Sometimes they do remove them, sometimes they don't
After we report them, EBay really doesn't do anything. They SAY they will, but they never do.
It's very frustrating
