creating a store with different name to my username?

im going to set up a store but I want to call it something other than my username which is gobbledegook really

I'd prefer to have OzBargains or what ever....

if I do this will i have to start all over  with my feedback and 100% rating??

no you do not need to start over, (1) you can change the username you currently have to whatever you want (providing no other seller is using the same ID)

and (2) your store name can be different to your ebay user ID name. Just choose a Store Name when you set up the store.

as you dont have any feedback for recent sales anyhow, it wouldn't matter much whether or not you started a new ID.

Just as a point of interest my eye would be drawn to and I might have a look at a store called gobbledegook but I would probably skip over one called ozbargains or similar as it looks so much like many of the high volume, carp feedback stores selling cheap tat from China etc.
