Customer service phone numbers on listings to be allowed again.
I wonder how this will work - maybe like now where ebay's favorites get to do what ever they want including
name,adress,phone number in listing while they determine the value to the customer(aka ebay getiing $$$).
Be nice if they opened it up to everyone and did spot checks and deleted accounts of sellers breaking the rules.
