Hello all,
If I send a buyer a digital coupon via URL is it only good for one transaction?
I am concerned that once they have the URL, they will continue to use the digital coupon for further discounts or pass it on to other buyers. As I only want to give my buyers a one time discount.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
Regards,
Rob

Hello, hook-in-mouth-tackle
As per the Promotions Manager help page, the promotion will continue to be available to buyers who have access to the URL until the end date is reached.
"Codeless coupons โ Offer exclusive discounts to buyer groups of your choosing by using a virtual coupon".
There's more about this in this thread; even though the topic was posted in 2015, it seems that there's been no change. In particular, read digital*ghost's reply, which makes it very clear that you can't create a one-off discount code.
