about 20 minutes ago i got an enquiry from a buyer in singapore requesting postage cost.
i messaged back i dont post to asia then put a block on his user name.
his username was registered today!
so now the item has sold to what i believe is the same person using another new username.
whats the best action to take?

I would also use ebay's shiny new report a buyer system.
Since this is a new system that ebay have just implemented, it might get more attention internally. Plus if enough sellers use it regularly, it might make a difference.

i'm looking at my post preferences and see i can block WA regional and WA remote but there isnt a WA general (all of WA) or even a post code area.

David if you block both of the WA options it is very effective in blocking all WA buyers.
I tried to buy from an overseas seller who had those blocks for every state in Australia and when I asked he told me that it was the only way he could find to say he did not post to Australia at all.

thats what i have done, lets hope he hasnt got friends in another state
looks like he tried a friend in singapore first but i blocked that one so he then got a friend in WA to buy but using his paypal.
would there be any point in alerting paypal to this activity?
