anyone else having issue doing postage labels........????

click the create label no responds.........

thought I ask before ringing them .........

I thought I was having a problem but banged F5 a couple of times and it seemed to work again

Is there a red message up where the address is?

That generally happens if the address is not in the correct format.

Eg: it has something like the street address followed by the suburb and then the city.

It will only accept the suburb,not the city.

If this is the case just copy the subub and remove it from that box then get rid of the city box and paste the

suburb in there.

The reason it wont accept the city is because the postcode is only valid for the suburb.

No printer problems,plug came loose maybe or something else?

Appart from that I can't see why it wouldn't go to print,

Couldn't print any labels earlier and thought it was just normal Friday Maintenance glitches.

Just tried again and all worked.

I had this problem on "printing laptop". Tried closing, refreshing and restarting my computer but nothing helped.
I then tried on another computer, and the Create Label worked fine.

It may be something to do with your browser, so try switching to different one like IE, Firefox, or Chrome.
Another thing you could try is also clearing your cache.
