First up I would sort the site out. Every seller update they fiddle at the edges, but its just more spaghetti coding added to already poor coding. The site needs a major overhaul to remove all the glitches and errors. Get back to the KISS principle.
The most important of these fixes would be to sort out the search system so that the main criteria is your keyword search and not the hundreds of other secret criteria that we poor sellers are too unsophisticated or stupid to be informed about. If buyers could quickly find what they wanted, without the need to sort through pages of dross and irrelevant results eBay would be well back on the road to recovery.
Finally I would stop treating the sellers like their the enemy. Lately every update is a chance to make life harder for sellers and ring a little more blood out of them. Margins are already, slim every new eBay cost flows thru to prices sellers can't keep absorbing them. Lift the number of total sales, not just screw the sellers harder.
