Without paying for a store you get up to 40 free listings a month, you have exceeded that already so will pay an insertion fee for every listing after the 40 free. It may be better value to open a storeand list BIN, you get 200 free BIN listings a month and can list for up to 30 days. You can select goods till cancelled which means they will automatically relist every month until sold (still count towards your 200 free though), this is articularly good if you have multiples of the same items. You get no free auction format listings.

You can sell 100 items a month, but you only get 40 free ones. The other 60 you get charged an insertion fee for.

The OP stated that:
"Only used up to $6200 and about 30 products"
so he/she should not have been charged any listing fees.

If you look at their listings they are already up to about 60 for August and the month isn't over

48 sold/completed listings, 13 active. They've listed 61 for the month.
