Please eBay stop changing things all the time. when we learn your systems you go ahead and change it, back to square one or i give up.
Friday, 4 June I can no longer print out the, manage print invoice for your records.
We use this information to generate our own GST tax invoice for the customer and send an PDF invoice to the customers e-mail.

eBay do not read here
We are members like you, not eBay staff
I do not know if this is another thing eBay has messed with, OR if it is because Friday is their fiddle day and many, many things do not work on Fridays
Or perhaps your issue is the same as discussed in this thread?

Awful
GST or order number no longer printed

I had a chat with them this morning about this, it has tripled the amount of paper we use and work, because instead of one print with integrated label we now need 3 if you include the invoice we now have to send separately as the new templates say not for customer..
If you go to UK eBay it still has the other system, none of your customisations will be there but you can still use the old system.
Really **bleep** off myself we have thousands of labels we can no longer use as they didn't bother to inform us.

gday
i was having the same problem but i've found them - you have to Archive them first, then click on the Sales Record number, scroll to the bottom of the Sales Record then the options will be there - but you have to Archive them first

I would encourage all sellers to send feedback to ebay about this change (via link indicated in the screenshot in the spoiler) - it is just awful in every which way IMHO; I can't even copy delivery addresses from the print invoice screen like I used to. You can customise the packing slip with a note but it defaults to their pre-selected "thanks, I hope you love it!" message every single time, and says "this is not an invoice" at the top, despite providing the option to break down all costs.
It has a line for sales tax (for international buyers, I presume, where eBay has collected tax themselves), but no way to customise it to show included GST for domestic transactions - they've never had this, it just boggles the mind they'd make all these updates only to result in all the documents being 100% useless to the average business seller.
I gave them 1 star via that link earlier today, and I'm sorely tempted to do it again. ๐ ๐คฃ

So now I use their useless packing slip and include a printed message from me stating ABN number and GST details and all my contact information and encourage direct contact
never done this before but now seems my only option
given 1 star feedback about 30 times now but still no feedback from ebay

we even can not see if the order need express post or normal post when print packing slip etc.
I think Ebay hired a silly manage who thought he was very smart but always done fool revision.
We are big seller, most page ebay revised are all useless and make us very complicated.

I did a test run and Archived just one sale first. There is nothing in Archived, and the sale no longer exists anywhere else in the sales system, so I won't be archiving any more sales to print invoices. Trust eBay to waste sellers time, time & time again.

I have found archiving all orders the only way to find the old invoices for your records.
If you archived an older sale it won't appear on the screen until you select the month from the drop-down box above.
Also I noted after archiving there is an option to return them to the sales list on the screen as well.
You are correct eBay seems to go out of its way to make it harder to use, it's getting to the point it is not worthwhile.
