eBay selling templates | useful codes

I noticed some 'dynamic' contents in sellers template and I wonder how to add these?

For example:

1. Currently logged in eBay user name (Hi Mr. X, welcome to our store)

2. Search Store (Text Input and Button)

3. Subscribe to newsletter

Is there any guidelines/list of such useful codes from eBay? or any thing unofficial available?

Go to "Manage my store"

On the next page will be a menu on the left hand side - scroll down and click "listing frame".

A list of options will then be provided to customise all of that (you must select to at least have the store header displaying in listings for the rest to appear as well).
