ebay charged me for promo 0 insertion fees and 0 final value fees

hi I activated the promotion 0 insertion fees and 0 final value fees in my seller HUB , I placed 23 items , I sold 3 items but ebay charged me the final value fee for this items , even it's promotion is enable . i have contacte ebay they tell me I must be invited by email to active this promotion ,  but what i can't undrstand why ebay made in promotion offre in my hub and when i enable the promo evry think okay and when i sold item ebay charged me and tell me I must be invited by email to made this work ???

You have posted on Ebay Australia, log out and back into your normal ebay

Since you are posting on the Australian boards now, were you also logged into eBay.com.au when you listed your items?

Have you taken on board that Australia is not the US? eBay.com is the USA. Did you list items on eBay.com? Or eBay.com .au? (and expect that to apply to the promo?). Or eBay France, in which case how do you think that applies to the USA? Or more to the point, Australia, where you have decided to complain?

So many questions, so many likely to be non-answers.
