I just got an email from CS that was addressed to someone else and about a member I don't even know. It was the standard spiel and I did contact CS a couple of days ago. Is it normal for CS to reply like this?

It's either a bot replying or an underpaid under-trained CS rep who selects an option from a menu of pre-written responses.
