ebay mixed messages

so just lately i been getting regular offers from ebay to list items with either no FVF or $1 FVF

today i get an email saying as of april if my selling falls below 'standards' they will increase my FVF by 2%

is this how they figure they will recoup the lost money from the 0 or $1 fees?

I'd hazard it's just the usual eBay "knee-jerk" response to bottom-end sellers - penalising all for the actions of a few.

thats what i thought, the message said 'business' but it reads as me, a small time seller.

i doubt my seller rating will fall, but if it does i'll get a kicking.

I also received the email and it said for business, nothing about stores.

Another BS way to get to people.
