ebay rip off on charging you Insertion fees without you knowledge

it clearly states on your my eBay > All Selling page how many of your free listings you have used and how many you have left for the month.

if you are charged for insertions, then it will be either that you exceeded your monthly allowance

or

you listd some items in 2 categories  (the 2nd category list is NOT insertion free)

I know that you should list 40 items  and if you go beyond that then you should be charged the fee .But I havent and its happened twice + if you read the forum people have been complaining so im not the only one 

so I cant understand why im getting charged insertion fees .Iv made my point to them but they have admitted that theres been some sought of problem  and yet you will never get the truth out of this company

Maybe if you feel your not being charged correctly you should email or chat or call Ebay and talk to someone about the issue, there maybe an error or at least they maybe able to explain their fee structure and you would be able to question them. Good Luck I hope your able to sort out the issue.
