ebay satchel price increase?

when, and why did ebay increase the price of their satchels from $7.40 to $7.55?

When About a week ago

Why Because they can and there has been a price rise with AP as well on some things.

AP increased postal prices 1st October, don't know if satchels happened at the same time.

One of the few items not increasing was the standard letter, $1.00.

My first higher charge for the postage was a week ago so I must have got bonuses for the start of the month 🙂
