ebay seller name - is it important at all?

I wonder weather the seller name (as long as I don't have a store) is important at all.

If it is important should it explain what's in the store or rather be something like a brand name?

I second Lyndal's advice to contact the Law Society in your state, they all have one. They provide a cheap and short session with a lawyer in the area you need. I used it years ago (in Vic) and it was $30 for 30 mins (although I'm sure it'll have gone up by now, it'll still be cheap as lawyers go). Go in with a thorough list of your issues/questions and anything they can't answer on the spot, they'll give you research references for. It's brilliant value for money, I highly recommend it 🙂
