Sellers may not list any item that is electronically delivered. Examples of items that sellers are not permitted to list on eBay:

Yes that is what i am doing, I offer an online service with invoices via email.

Nothing digitally delivered that means email or over the internet.

You can sell a tangible service on eBay.
The OPs service is a tangible service that is provided remotely.
Electronic delivery is another issue all together.
I am not sure of other policies that may impact on this type of service.

Sorry i think i should give more details
I supply a service for mobile phones
Although the customer can send me there phones for repair as i have done lots of in the past, I dont pysically need there device as all i require is screen shots sent to me via email.
This is far more cost effective and speedy then waiting for there phones to arrive via post.
Because i dont require postage this way i am wondering do i list this service as free postage or Electronic delivery?
