fantastic feedback but low dsr score???

I am a little confused..

I have worked hard & been lucky and have great feedback (something I rely on when buying) I still have those but, over the last two days as well as the great feedback comments, I have received 2 very low (1 or 2) dsr scores for each of the four sections. To get one on communication these days is a little strange as I upload tracking numbers.

If the comments backed up the low dsr scores I could see where I could improve but I am at a loss.

Any suggestions or should I just count myself lucky that the comments are good??

They think they are doing it anonymously.. They go straight on my blocked list if they do this. I won't have them trash my DSR's again.

It is a process of elimination.I do a date range first to narrow it down then item numbers with the narrowed field.

I don't think the reports are working at the moment. I notified ebay they agreed there is a problem (keeps coming up no results) they have passed it onto the techs.

I have to admit I don't know how to do the searches you mentioned - all I know is that I checked the dsr (no 1s or 2s) 4am Saturday morning and there were none and I don't know how to do the 'date range' apart from 3 month and 12 month - I am a little tech challenged

The buyer thinks it is anonymous because eBay tells them that it is, to encourage honesty...but sometimes, it does mean a buyer leaves a nice comment but then bashes the star ratings. Not a perfect system by any means.

have they fixed that glitch on the mobile devices yet where the 1's were being shown as 5's or something like that?

Is that the cause?

I never had a problem with that crikey so I don't know.

Since they fiddled with the new you beaut dashboard the other week the reports have not worked.all reports after the 16.2 come up as no results.

Noticed today the seller dashboard has reverted to the 'old' one - at least it is on my id.  And Feb still showing 'no results'.
