Help I need to delete a Listing

For some reason an item I had listed showed up in my Lists of Unsold. I re-listed it but when I was checking e-mails I have found that they have in fact sold and now I need to delete the items I re-listed before they are bid on. What do I do please?

I dont understand how someone can just not pay you and still have 100 percent feedback rating? I seem to have a lot of this happening of late and its making me think I couldnt be bothered selling on here anymore?
