i just sold an item on ebay , going overseas during a free postage promoton. My question is who pays for the postage fee I had for international buyers during the promotion that I now have to cover out of my own pocket and lose profit on my sale?!

Was it this promotion? If so, international shipping services were not included in the free postage labels. It says so in the fine print, but as per usual, it is not very clear.
