Hardly normal ebay terms and conditions..... search HN ebay page for t and c and you are informed that the sale is governed by the terms and conditions on hardly normals online website

Ebay policy breaches include not advertising presale terms for furniture items, items not an offer but rather an invitation to treat, possible surcharges after sale re postage and delivery, responsibility re third party delivery contractor, rejection of sales for no reason after payment

Do you know for a fact that any buyer has not been able to get a resolution under ebay or Paypal when one of their terms is breached despite what HN says in their T&Cs?

If not then they are just so much smake same as any other seller's terms.

This is normal.  Im not understanding what the issue is.

Of course Ebays policies dont apply equally to everyone. Ebay has different contracts with different businesses. The same as every other business on Earth.

And no, not everyone has to adhere to all or some policies OR T&C's - not even you. Policy and T&C's are not law. People on this board seem very confused as to what "policy" actually means.   Often, policies and T&C have zero legal standing. Theres only a few things that businesses legally have to cover in these things, and a few things they need to keep out. Beyond that, its a free for all.
