Have you checked your monthly invoice?

They put through the credits twice a month and it appears on your invoice under Credits

Yes, I have received them. I take it you did choose the 500gm assessed parcel rate, not the 500g satchel rate?

It is a bit confusing. If I hadn't read about it on this board, I wouldn't have picked the right option either.

The offer is valid till end of December so still a bit of time left yet to take advantage of it.
