why do so many sellers let ebay walk all over them and put up with their policy which is not legal..i can prove that because if their policy was legal ebay would not have returned funds they tried to take from me within 4 hours after i got my bank involved?

What did you take the Government to court for?

If Fender stole your design why didn't you take them to court?
After all you never lose loose.
Or wouldn't the small claims court accept your case? Or Fair Trade or the ACCC?
They are the only ways you can get away without a lawyer. You certainly don't demonstrate the ability to write a brief a judge would accept.

i never loose, why is it as a seller u succumb to bull**bleep** law?
1. Because I signed up to ebay knowing their T&Cs.
2. Because I have no intention of ripping anyone of.
3. Because I am making good money even after ebay fees and returns.
4. Ebay promotions allowed me to save over $2000 in Fees last month alone.
Do you want anymore Reasons, Oh #5 My items are still listed for sale.

just like fender have been selling my design for years...so it's ok for fender to make huge dollars from my design but im the **bleep** who took a few hundred back
When you are in a hole that you can't get out of, it really is a good idea to stop digging. You are just making this too too easy.

I'm suggesting that we should probably test your theory out - I'll get the ball rolling on that for you...

okay, so I have some questions
- not paying legal fees . . . . . and never loosing . . . . . . do you only go for sure-bet cases using no-win no-fee lawyers? Or, is there some trick to getting lawyers to work for free? Or, are you taking advantage of relatives by getting them to work for free on your cases?
- did you sue fender for stealing/selling your design? If yes, how did that pan out? If no, why didn’t you sue them?
- you want to make a couple of hundred back from fender by using the design that you came up with BUT putting their branding on what you sell. Have I got this right?
- were you listing copies of the Jackson branded version of your design? Or, did you change their branding just slightly by saying it was Phil Collens instead of Phil Collins?
I only ask these questions so I can better understand your mindset and situation.

Hmm, very interesting, why did you take them to court and what did you win?
