Stawka, you can use the same email address to sign into a Paypal account, linked to several different eBay IDs

That would be your primary Paypal email address

You do not have to have more than the one email address in your Paypal profile

But access can only be from more than one eBay ID if you have linked that Paypal account to each of them (which requires signing into Paypal using your normal email on file with them to prove it is you)


But...


eBay does require new IDs that are registered to have a separate email address...straight from them when I wanted a second ID for selling


However...all eBay IDs attached to the same personal info need to be "in good standing" to sell...so someone is not in theory (under the policy) allowed to use extra accounts to avoid any sanctions on the original account.
