These account associations were found based on the information you have provided to us as well as the evidence in our records. Due to security concerns and eBay policy, I cannot divulge more specific information regarding how your account was associated to the aforementioned accounts.

In order for your account's limits to be considered for removal, all problems relating to the associated account(s) must first be resolved. Due to privacy reasons, further detail may only be provided to the account's registered email address.

Once all of the outstanding issues on the related accounts have been resolved, please reply to this email for information on how to appeal your account's restriction.

You have probably seen all of this already, but here goes anyway - the account name that they have given you, have you searched for it?

Have you ever entered into selling with a Trading Partner? if you have and you are the one that initiated the partnership then you take the blame for everything or anything that can go wrong.

Look into these darling and good luck ๐Ÿ™‚

A fellow ebayer was in a similar predictament as you and it was never resolved, to this day ebay refuse to admit they made a mistake and this ebayer has provided them with more than enough information to prove they were not connected to the other account.

The only solution was for ebay to admit they were wrong but decided to suspend the ebayer rather than do that.

This all started by a malicious report to ebay from a poster on these forums accusing the person of having two id's but they only had one id.

They are still in no mans land and will probaly never get anywhere with ebay unless they lie and say that they own both IDs.

I hope you don't have to lie and say you are guilty  to get your problem sorted but do keep a copy of every bit of correspondence between you and ebay.

Good Luck.
