how do i discribe my item so my website page shows up

i am selling an item off my website. trying to put my page up to discibe the item. can someone help me out??

Do you mean you want to insert your webpage as the description on eBay? I'm not certain you can - you can use the HTML tab of the description form to copy/paste or write HTML code, so if you have the HTML code for the webpage in question you may be able to use it, but formatting may be a problem, and/or if the code contains any content not allowed on eBay.

If there is any mention of your non ebay site, any links to anything to do with your site or anything at all that is not allowed because it may encourage an off ebay transaction then you cannot use your web page.

That is a very strange sales stratergy, having more than one of the same thing at auction at the same time so a prospective bidder just goes to the next one with none or lower bids instead of increasing the bid on the only one!
