hi , over a week ago i had a case opened against me for an item a buyer had not recieved in austrailia,after a few days he then mailed me to say that he had recieved the item that day .. the case is still open after a week how do i get this closed ?

had a simiar thing happen a couple of years ago customer left a negative as they had not recieved their item, but tracjjing showed as deliverd, upon checking signuture was signed by driver as delivered to front door (DHL) but customer found nothing at the front door, 2 weeks later they found the package wedged under a cupboard, the driver had hurled the package through a open second storey window and hence was wedged under the wardrobe for 2 weeks, was glob smaked by this one, customer never revised negative despite sending requests,

Tell them to make a report on the OP Facebook page. I've found them to be exceptional in sorting out different issues when it's made public. My last report, it was all sorted in less than 12 hours after I posted. It would have been quicker, but I wrote the message just before I went to work and couldn't check for replies until I got home. They had actually replied within an hour of me posting the message and that was just before 7am.
If they aren't on Facebook, they can easily lodge a report from the AP help page. They'll have to sign up for "My Post", which is free. When I lodged a report that way they called me in less than an hour.
Great that they found their item.
