If you want something other than plain text you have to use html, if you don't know how then the easiest way is to google for free ebay templates and you will get plenty to choose from. I can recommend robshelp.com which gives you ready made templates that you can change to suit yorself or it allows you to create your own. To add pictures they have to be hosted on-line, many ebay sellers use photobucket.
Once you have the template to your liking you create a listing and input the html generated by the site using the html tab, if you then save that as a template you can start with that for all your listings.
