My no payer has defaulted 5 times just in May . Ebay message they will
not open case until 12 June in spite of another message which states
they will open a case after 4 days !
either sellers should be able to leave feedback or ebay should remove
the ridicuous positive feedback only option . Its a farce . you can
occasiobnally get a negative comment by if you word it carefully . Of
course sellers should be able to war other...
because of the inapproproate DSR system I always fill in stars for
everything if th transaction has gone smoothly . I usually add 'all 5
stars ' as a comment . cant think of another way to defaet the system
