after 4 days open a non payer dispute, wait 4 more days and close it (important part) then ebay will refund your fvf.

Don't forget to close it. The time you can close will be in the resolution centre. If you forget to close it and ebay closes it after 30 days, you don't get your fees back. Also, don't forget to add the buyer to your blocked list as already mentioned. Otherwise, they will likely do the same thing again.

file a non paying buyer dispute - you will get your final value fees back, the buyer will get a strike
put the buyer on your blocked buyer list.

You need to open the case after 4 days. I noticed 3 sold items on your list. Not sure which one is the defaulter, but they are all now able to have a case opened against them. I would also be adjusting your settings so people with more than 2 defaults in 12 months can't bid on your items......not to mention putting the current offending buyer on your blocked list.
Just curious, how do you know your buyer has 5 defaults just in May? I'd love to know where that info is to check up on people who have bid on my stuff.

the buyer probably has 5 'false-positives' showing on their feedback in May
