It would depend on the alleged 'wrong' behaviour, whether they breached eBay policies, or it's just that you don't like it.
Far more non-revealing details would be required for any of us other members to offer anything like pertinent advice.
eBay are very buyer-centric, so unless the buyer has breached the law or policies, I doubt there is much you can expect.

davewil has pointed out the nub of the issue.
If you mean that the buyer has breached eBay policy, there are avenues for reporting that.
If you mean that the buyer hasn’t paid, there is an appropriate action to take.
If you mean the buyer is claiming the item hasn’t arrived, and you think that the buyer isn’t being truthful, only a tracking status of “delivered” can be your defence.
If you mean the buyer is claiming the item isn’t as described, you will almost certainly have to accept the return request and provide a return postage label, and refund upon receiving the item back.
What is the bad buyer behaviour in question?

Have a glance at "feedback left for others" Countess............illuminating..............

Ah…
OP, the first mistake was to refund in good faith. Only handle such requests as per eBay policies, as stated in eBsy’s Money Back Guarantee policy help page. Provide return label, only refund once you’ve received returned item.
Second mistake: don’t give bad buyers feedback. You should be aware that eBay only permit sellers to give positive feedback, and it’s a breach of policy to leave a feedback comment that contradicts the feedback rating.
