I don't know about anyone else, but I really only take an interest in the search words people have used to find my listings / store, as well as how popular the custom pages I've put up are, and if people find them via google searches etc. Oh, and I saw the other day a breakdown of how many visitors were returning, as well as how much time passed before they came back to my store - I found that to be interesting, but not of any practical use.
You can look at a wide range of statistics, and customise the date range for all the stats, but it would be really difficult to offer advice on how you can use them other than in general. For example, you can compare traffic from month to month, then look at what listings got the most traffic, but I think chances are your sales will probably already reflect the kind of data that will show you. Knowing 100 people visited a particular listing but no one bought it is of limited help and something Selling Manager and sales can tell you anyway, either way it's up to you to interpret the statistics and see if there's anything you can change or improve.
That's just IMO, anyway, I'm sure there are other sellers that get more from the data than I do and can use it effectively.
